Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders $50 and over. Free shipping is usually ground UPS or standard parcel USPS and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Sometimes Free Shipping packages will ship priority, but Free Shipping does not warrant priority shipping. If you’d like your package to arrive as soon as possible, you must select & pay for Priority Shipping.
Do you test on animals?
Never. We do not test on animals and neither does any other company in our supply chain.
Are you 100% vegan?
Yes, we are 100% vegan (and cruelty-free!) There are no animal derived products or animal byproducts in any of our products. We are certified by PETA.
Will you be getting _____ back in stock?
If you’d like an item that is not in stock please send a product inquiry directly from that product page. We do our best to keep all of our products in stock, but keep in mind that they are all made fresh, by hand and in small batches.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Our products are all handmade, in small batches in Northern California. Some items, like the Bath Bombs, can take up to 3 full days from start to finish.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All of our packaging is made with PET plastics that are 100% recyclable, non-toxic & safe for our planet.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship anywhere the United States Post Office ships. International shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order was shipped you should have received an email with tracking information. If you can’t find that, please Login to track your order. Some international locations may not have tracking available.
When can I expect my order?
We take 2-5 business days to process an order, once it ships it takes 2-3 days to ship Priority Mail. If your item went first class, you can still expect 2-5 business days to process and up to 5 days to ship. International orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive. Please email Customer Care.

I entered the wrong address on my order, can I change it?
We are unable to make any address changes to existing orders. As soon as an order is placed we start processing it.

Can I transfer points?
No. Points are not transferrable to other accounts, even if both accounts belong to the same person.
Legal stuff regarding points:
Points do not expire, however the points system is subject to change or terminate without notice. Points have no actual cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Points are only valid on mebath.com and can’t be used in combination with any other offer. Points are not redeemable in-store or on any other site that sells ME! Bath products. If your order is cancelled, refunded or does not go through for any other reason, the points accumulated for that order will not be valid and are subject to being removed from your account. If points are used to complete a purchase, and that purchase is refunded, you will only receive a monetary refund for the amount that was placed on the method of purchase, less the points used. Any order that is purchased solely with points is absolutely non refundable. The limit is one ME! Bath account & points collection per person. Duplicate accounts are subject to termination and violators of our policies are subject to be banned from the site completely.
