- What is Bath Ice Cream?
ME! Bath Ice Cream is a flavorful and moisturizing scoop of luxury for your bathtub, filled with six essential oils, purifying minerals, indulgent fragrances and Epsom salt. Each piece is one hundred percent artisan crafted taking three days to custom make and preservative-free.
- How do I use Bath Ice Cream?
Simply fill your tub normally and drop in a scoop of luxurious Bath Ice Cream, soak and relax for a spa-like experience. ME! Bath Ice Cream fizzes and melts immediately when submerged in water, releasing nourishing minerals and fragrant aromatic oils that will hydrate, moisturize and enrich your skin.
- Does Bath Ice Cream get old?
Since we do not use any preservatives, it's best to use your Bath Ice Cream within a few weeks of purchasing. If your Bath Ice Cream does not smell as yummy as when you received it, it may be old. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
- How should I store my Bath Ice Cream?
Store your Bath Ice Cream in a cool, dark place until ready for use. Do not store under direct sunlight.
- How do I use the ME! Bath Ice Cream Sandwich?
Use gently to remove rough skin on hands and feet. If you are a diabetic or have a sensitivity to pumice stones, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
- Are ME! Bath products environmentally friendly?

The cartons were produced on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified board. This means that they are controlled by well managed forests. When one tree is cut down from a forest area, at least one tree is planted in its place. The inks used to print on the cartons are linseed based which are environmentally friendly and non-toxic and coated with a waterbase finish. |
- Are ME! Bath products paraben-free?

ME! Bath products are 100% natural. Some beauty products may claim they're natural, but without regulation it's hard to know what you're actually getting. At ME! Bath, we'd like to make things a little easier. We've done the detective work for you by identifying products that only use ingredients from natural sources -- like plants, flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Just look for the seal and you can be confident that these products do not contain any synthetic chemicals -- including parabens, phthalates, sulfates, petrochemicals, GMOs (genetically modified organisms), fragrances or dyes. |
- Are ME! Bath products tested on Animals?

No. ME! Bath does not test any of our products on animals. ME! Bath has PETA cruelty-free certification, which requires that companies do not conduct or commission any animal tests on ingredients, formulations, or finished products and that they pledge not to do so in the future. |

- How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped the same day as they are placed and delivered within 1 to 5 business days thereafter depending on your shipping destination.
- How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status or track your order, simply log into your Order Status.
- Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, during checkout, you will have the option to enter a "shipping address". We DO ship to PO boxes via USPS ONLY. However, please note that we do not ship to APO addresses and most addresses outside the USA . We DO ship to the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
